An easy hike that is perfectly suitable for families. Starting point is the Falzeben parking lot; from there, follow trail No. 14 up to Zegghütte. From there, you reach Rotwandhütte in another 10 minutes. Afterwards, continue to the mountain station. For the descent, you can either return the same way or rent a sleigh and sled down the toboggan run.
Walking time: approximately 50 minutes
This tour is perfect for snow-shoe hkers and starts at the Meran 2000 mountain station. From there, follow trail No. 18A to Waidmann Alm. After the St. Oswald Kirchlein, ascend on trail 19A to Kuhleiten Hut. Enjoy a hut stop and the fabulous view before returning home on the same path.
